NEW YOUTH PROTECTION LAW FROM 01.04.2016
As of April 1st, 2016, the new Youth Protection Act comes into effect in Germany, prohibiting the purchase of e-cigarettes, shishas, and e-liquids by persons under 18 years of age, both in retail stores and online.
AGE VERIFICATION AT RANDM-EVAPE
To ensure that no minors can place orders, RandM-Evape conducts an automatic age verification in the background by checking the address and birth date via Schufa. This verification does not affect your credit score or Schufa data and is used solely to confirm the accuracy of the provided information.
ADDING YOUR DATE OF BIRTH IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Before completing an order, we recommend entering your date of birth in your customer account to avoid errors during the age verification process.
FAILED AGE VERIFICATION AND MANUAL APPROVAL
If the age verification fails, you have the option to upload your ID to manually unlock your account. This allows you to continue placing your order.
DELIVERY AND AGE VERIFICATION UPON RECEIPT
An age check will also be conducted at the time of delivery to ensure that no minor receives the package. Please make sure that an adult can receive the package.
GUEST ACCOUNT USAGE STILL POSSIBLE
You can still use a guest account; however, please note that age verification is required for each purchase. For a smoother experience, we recommend creating a customer account.
